If you wish to return goods to Gaming Displays for a refund, please return within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging. We understand that at Christmas this can take longer so we allow up to 30 days.
The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage.
(Please use the sign for service not the special delivery as this has become very expensive.)
The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please send to our distribution address below, along with your name, address, order number (if possible,) and a quick note to explain why you have returned the product.

Please notify us of any damage or losses as soon as possible as we will not consider any claim against any losses or damage after 14 days.
We have years of experience of packing fragile goods for delivery all over the world and the incidence of breakage is very rare. However, accidents do happen so in the unlikely event that you receive an item from us that is broken contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will discuss with you the best option for sorting the problem out.
This applies to all goods supplied including those outside the UK. The cost of any packages we request are returned to us due to breakages outside of the UK will be compensated within reason.
All our merchandise is made to a very high standard and is inspected before leaving our warehouse. If for any reason you feel that the product is not up to our normal standards, please e-mail us with the details within 7 days of receipt and we will discuss the best way to replace them for you.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and where possible including the outer box too.
All our merchandise is guaranteed against faulty manufacturing and parts for 1 year. If your goods develop a problem within this 1 year, then please return the faulty product by signed for second class post in the original packaging or suitable packaging to ensure that goods reach us in good condition.
We will not be held responsible for damage to any goods in transit on their way back to us.
We will then repair or replace the faulty item for you within 14 days.

All bespoke items are non-returnable unless the customer feels that there is a quality issue or a mistake we have made from the customers’ specific order.
Please contact us immediately to discuss any issues as we cannot be held responsible for items manufactured to specific instructions from the customer.
